Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you wish to request an exchange (where applicable), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-order items are final sale.

Due to the nature of pre-orders being specially secured and allocated, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on pre-order items unless the item is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions, sizing, and estimated dispatch timeframes before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the fault

We will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty
